FAQ
Q. Should I bring my spouse to the Initial Consultation? A. If you are interested in Mediation or the Kitchen Table Process, you should come with your spouse to the Initial Consult. If you have already chosen the Collaborative Model, you should come by yourself, and your spouse should consult with another Collaboratively Trained Attorney. Go to www.cflor.org or www.collaborativepractice.com to find a list of other Collaborative Attorneys. If you are unsure, you can both come to the Initial Consultation and discuss the pros and cons of each process option with an attorney. Initial Consultations
